My Flowpression Boots Ultra Red Light are beeping – is something wrong?

If your Flowpression Boots Ultra Red Light are beeping and displaying a swirl-like symbol on the screen, this does not mean that something is wrong or that the product is defective.

The beeping sound and symbol appear when the boots are deflating. This happens when you manually activate the deflation function using the button on the side of the boots.

During deflation, you need to wait until the boots are completely deflated before using them again. You cannot start a new treatment or use the boots while deflation is in progress.

The beeping sound and swirl symbol are therefore part of the boots' normal operation and indicate that deflation is in progress.
